Join Liam’s Sunday Running Club
Beyond the clinic, Liam believes that movement is medicine, and he actively applies this philosophy outside of treatment sessions. Every Sunday morning, he leads a free community running club, welcoming clients of all fitness levels to join him. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, looking to improve your running form and efficiency, or simply want to move better and feel stronger, this is a great way to stay active in a supportive and motivating environment.
Liam provides guidance on technique, posture, and pacing, helping participants run smarter, not harder. His goal is to make running more accessible and enjoyable, ensuring that each person walks away with greater confidence, improved movement, and a sense of accomplishment.
